Neighbors Who Always Have Stuff you Need (Handy)
Handy neighbors are great neighbors. They are always most prepared in the event of a storm or even if you need to touch up your paint job. They always have an answer, can refer you to the best contractors, etc etc. It’s nice to know you don’t always have to go to Home Depot. These neighbors are super reliable.
Neighbors that Can be Your Friends
While I don’t care about making friends with my neighbor it’s always an added bonus when you do. I’m not one to look for more friends in my life but if I happen to make new once out of convenience then why not?
