2. It’s Good To Get it Out and Say Things You Wouldn’t Say
If you’re willing, you can say the craziest things in the world to a therapist and it’s their job to listen. You can talk about your most personal and private thoughts and they won’t judge you (well, the real ones and good ones won’t). Sometimes it’s great just to let those feelings out.
