I tell ya once in a blue moon I see a woman so attractive that it truly pisses me off.  Seriously, I’m extremely angry right now looking at Madelina Diana Ghenea.   It’s just not fair.   Really, it isn’t.

What sucks even more is that she’s Romanian which is my background.  Eh, that doesn’t make it suck more.   It sucks more because she’s so friggin’ attractive.   Arghhh.

More evidence of living the Great Recession, people cobbling together new uses for electronics they already own instead of just buying a damn $100 Mp3 player. Seriously, even a walkman would set you back like $5 at this point, there has to be a better way. Respect for having the sort of ass that can prop up and entire computer however, if I did that I’d have a broken laptop on my hands.

He may be a philandering, flabby ex-governor now, but there’s no denying how awesome Arnold Schwarzenegger USED to be. This video is a look at his glory days of weightlifting where he was bigger than any human being ever should be. Seriously, I don’t think it’s even possible for actors to get this big today. If you’re a fan this is a truly amazing video to watch, and if it doesn’t motivate you to go to the gym directly afterwards, I’m not sure what will.

I’ve accepted the fact that I don’t need to be a fitness guru.   I don’t need to have an eight pack.  Hell I don’t need a six pack.   I think I’m at a point in my life where I’m happy being in shape, looking good, and more importantly feeling pretty good.

Doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate a fine piece of work.   There are some people out there who make it their lives to look amazing and have the kind of sculpted bodies you rarely see.

Look we all know that if you accidentally get mustard a bunch of cole slaw or swordfish it’s probably going to be an issue.   But there are plenty of things that in the grand scheme are tiny issues when it comes to food that freak us out anyway.

Did you know there’s more bacteria in your own bed than most public toilets?  Yes, it’s true.  And that dogs mouths are cleaner than humans?   There are about 1000 facts like that yet we will always be who we will be:  paranoid idiots.

Sure you can get a disease from anything but Jesus the odds are quite low.  Which is why when these particular food things happen, don’t wig out as much as you probably do…..
