I’ve accepted the fact that I don’t need to be a fitness guru.   I don’t need to have an eight pack.  Hell I don’t need a six pack.   I think I’m at a point in my life where I’m happy being in shape, looking good, and more importantly feeling pretty good.

Doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate a fine piece of work.   There are some people out there who make it their lives to look amazing and have the kind of sculpted bodies you rarely see.
