This reads like an Onion headline, but I assure you that it’s not. It’s just par for the course in Belarus, where a man has been arrested for something unthinkable.

The sound of one hand clapping may be one of those proverbial mysteries, but a man was arrested and seriously punished in Minsk this week for allegedly doing it.

But Konstantin Kaplin, an unemployed man from the western town of Grodno, says he was convicted this week of applauding in public and fined the equivalent of $200, despite overwhelming evidence of his innocence: He is officially registered as a disabled person and has only one arm.

Mr. Kaplin insists that he was only standing nearby and attempting to photograph demonstrators with his cell phone when plainclothes police grabbed him. ”The judge read out the charges, the police affirmed that I was applauding, and the fine was levied,” Kaplin says.

There was no examination of evidence at all, he adds.

Guess we don’t have it so bad here in the USA after all.

Have you ever seen a picture of a female that must have been years ago only to find out in the present day that there are buckets of pictures out there?   At the time you see that person you try and find out.  You spend about five minutes on it and then it’s forgotten.

Cops get a lot of shit for tazing handicapped people or shooting unarmed military veterans, but that’s just a select few, and they are really far from all bad.

This picture was taken during a gay pride parade in Toronto, and shows that the police can have a little fun too. Unless he’s one of those stripper cops where he can rip off all his clothes at a moment’s notice.

This isn’t funny or WTF which are the usual categories we feature here, but it is a video that I think everyone should watch.

With all our squabbling and our wars and our problems, sometimes we just need to stop and think about how vast the universe is.

And how there are absolutely aliens out there.

It’s a common thing you hear amongst many men:  “I love the way you look!  I don’t care.”  Sorry ladies, we really do care.  In fact we care a lot.  The problem is you’re constantly reminding us not to care which actually makes us care even more.

So rather than continuously ask us these self affirming questions that will make you feel good about you, just get on the task at hand.

I know there are talented people out there who are excellent at photoshop, however I truly believe this picture is not doctored in any way.  Which begs the question, how in the hell did this happen?

I doubt dogs are that flexible and I highly doubt a dog this badass would want to be placed in that position.
