I know nothing about this guy’s situation nor do I really care.   For all I know Norman Soh could be the hardest working employee on the planet.   I’ll give him some credit for creativity here but that fact that this letter is real is a symbol of what’s wrong with people.

If I were a boss I’d probably fire this guy (like I said, unless he truly deserved a raise).  Then again, I could take the high road and give him a response somewhat like this….

Kudos to Mr. Manager for sticking it right back at you Norman.
