Sometimes it’s hard to imagine that we’re still technically in a time of war.   Granted we’ve got our own problems here with the economy that it makes it difficult to realize there are soldiers abroad still getting killed everyday, but still it’s odd to think about.

Personally I’m not an advocate of war but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate soldiers doing their duty and feel sympathy for their loved ones.   And if there’s ever a reason for sympathy, these photos will give you one……
