You know, I was ready to write this story up regardless, as it would allow me to post pictures like this of hot Hooters girls, but then it took a strange turn I wasn’t expecting.

Some eighth graders had quite a field trip — to Hooters. Students from Pennsylvania’s Berwick Middle School were visiting the National Aquarium in Baltimore last week. When the kids took a lunch break, about 15 to 20 ended up at Hooters. They were accompanied by chaperones. School district officials say they wish the kids had eaten somewhere else. But they add no parents have complained about the Hooters field trip. Hooters spokesman Mike McNeil notes the chain often hosts groups, including teens and younger kids.

NO PARENTS COMPLAINED? Whoa, who knew that there’s a segment of the population where all parents of a given class are actually COOL? Most places if a school even showed you a picture of a Hooters girl, someone would probably get fired, so this is nice to see.
