Perhaps I should be making fun of this, but I’m actually pretty damn impressed by it. If this actually works, it’s not a bad way to work out in the middle of nowhere. It’s like Rocky IV.

Can you change the amount of weight though? I see a few slabs that look removable, but that one big one seems firmly in place.
