There are times in this world when I feel completely useless.  And what I mean by that is that I don’t suspect I have any skills worth mentioning.  I mean sure I can write a blog and use wordpress.   I like to read a lot.  I enjoy watching TV and driving long distances.  But can I really create stuff?  Eh, not really with the exception of limited piano playing skills.

For once I’d like to be able to form something totally new out of nothing or at least next to nothing.   That’s why I love seeing people take a completely crap car and turning it into a virtual work of art.

I’m not sure what this obsession is with girls wanting to be orange these days, but I blame Jersey Shore, much like I blame that show for every atrocity going on in the world today. But now science is proving what we all know, white chicks tan too much.

The incidence of melanoma appears higher in non-Hispanic white adolescent girls and young women living in higher socioeconomic neighborhoods than those living in lower socioeconomic areas, according to a report posted online that will appear in the July print issue ofArchives of Dermatology, one of the JAMA/Archives journals.

“Melanoma is the most lethal form of skin cancer and represents a substantial cause of productive years of life lost to cancer, especially when occurring in young persons,” the authors write as background information in the study. “Among non-Hispanic white girls and women aged 15 to 39 years in the United States, age-adjusted incidence rates of cutaneous melanoma among adolescents have more than doubled during a 3-decade period (1973-2004), with a 2.7 percent increase annually since 1992.”

Damnit girls, we don’t need you to tan so much you don’t even look human. There’s nothing wrong with natural skin color so long as you also happen to be hot. That’s really all we care about.

It’s a shame because there’s another Kayla Marie out there who is a pornstar and I don’t want this Kayla Marie to be confused as being the adult star.  This Kayla is merely a go-go dancer from Massachusetts who is attending a community college.   She plans on majoring in fashion merchandising.

And this isn’t a knock on pornstar Kayla Marie, it’s just that this 21-year-old is much better looking and I would have to say sexier.  After all I’m a big fan of brunettes.   Oh yes, and she’s 5’4 and 102 lbs.  Think about what you could do with that frame.

Since I first found this I’ve been told that yes, it is real, but it’s also a joke. I wonder how many people would pick one of these up regardless in an effort to get abs cheaply?

My question is, why are there two additional grids on the side? Do you really want a sideways 12 pack? Maybe people do, I don’t understand the brains of crazies.

This is a rather funny video that shows just how many times the word “sex” was uttered during ONE episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager. What do you think, 20, 30, 40?

Try SEVENTY TIMES and remember this is a FORTY minute show. I get that we’re trying to push the envelope with the youth here, but at a certain point, you’re just being uncreative.

Let me take you through what I would imagine to be the mindset of a female who pastes herself all over the internet.

Step 1: Let me get completely drunk (or not) so that I’m ready to do this.
Step 2: Allow me to set up a scene in my average room, location, vacation, whatever so that I can take a picture of myself.
Step 3: I will take off most of my clothes or I will post in a seductive position so you can imagine me naked.
Step 4: I’ll upload this picture to Facebook or wherever.
Step 5: No one will find these and post them right?

I mean what the hell are people thinking?  Oh and by the way this isn’t the mindset of a girl who takes her own pictures.   The girls that do this really don’t think at all.  They just take the pictures and don’t give a crap.

If only AIDS weren’t such a big problem in the world much of society would marvel at the advances in contraception.   But someday we could very well live in a world where not only would be not have to worry about AIDS but we wouldn’t have to worry about accidentally getting someone pregnant.

Oh and no condoms!  Clearly that’s the best part of this entire equation.   And with the new advances in contraception this nirvana we are seeking could be a distinct possibility.
