Usually when I see something this bizarre, it’s come straight out of Asia. This time however, it would appear to be from Central or South America, and I’m trying to think of a single reason that someone would need shoes this long.

So far, I’ve come up with that a prankster keeps coming up behind these guys, and pushing them forward. They’re tired of this, so they invented these shoes that make them untippable from behind. What’s your best guess?
