What Year Was This Picture Taken?
That is the grand question isn’t it? Let’s not even take into account that this is probably Central Park. Let’s not take into account the this man may or may not be a completely psychotic weirdo.
Let’s examine that there’s no way to figure out what year this was taken in. One might assume the 80s because of the haircut and watch. But you know what? People are into dressing weird like that these days.
This could have been taken yesterday. All I know is that it’s weird.

Yeah. It is weird and the weirdest part was that picture was most likely taken in 2010. The person, and I use that term lightly, is named Jean-Paul Paula and that abomination isn’t original by any stretch of the imagination and neither are the clothes.
