I’m as big a sports fan as anyone out there.  I love watching my favorite teams play.  I love to root for them.  Hell I love to watch two teams I don’t root for just to see some great competition and skillful play.   But when it comes to individual players, that’s where I’m starting to draw the line.

You just don’t see too many good guys out there these days.  And it’s not even that.  It’s just that as you get older you realize most of these guys are just kids.  The way you think about them changes from when you were a kid yourself and idolized these guys.

Say you’re the chubby, ugly girl everyone kind of ignored in high school. But now you’re grown up and you want to be famous. What do you do? Get on a reality show? Drop an album? How about…

Charges have been filed against a Brighton woman who police allegedly found naked in public after she crashed her vehicle into an Iowa City building in March.

According to a criminal complaint, Amber D. Dittrich, 21, drove off the roadway and hit a building located at 1000 Clinton Street on March 30, 2010.

After the crash, officers allegedly found Dittrich at the intersection of McCollister Boulevard and Old Highway 218 with no clothes on.

Police said Dittrich had an injury to her ankle and was taken to the hospital for the injury. It was later requested that Dittrich take a urine sample which came back positive for marijuana.

Orrrrr that will work too. Naked high driving. It ONLY came back positive for marijuana? There has to be something else in play there I would imagine.

Heather Nicole Dyre is a 24 year old model from Conway, Arkansas who started out modeling when she was only 14 years old.   She’s worked with Project Runway and was named “Miss Air Force” on rangerupgirl.com and Blitzweekly.com’s Babe Of The Week.

With those credentials there’s no telling what Heather will be up to next.  I just hope it’s you know, something with even less clothes on.  Either way though, we’re proud to have her up here.

It’s one thing for our kids to idolize rock stars and movie characters and superheroes, but when they start looking up to morons? That’s when I really start to worry about the future of our country.

What do these kids grow up into if all they’re doing is thinking about gym, tan, laundry and smooshing? What kind of society will that be? I may sound like an old man, but seriously, what the hell is up with kids these days? Oh, you mean Generation X is sculpting their kids into this? Good work guys, I hope Gen Y sees this and gets their shit together.
