This picture’s filename is “whoa what the.jpg” because it was the first thing that came into my mind when I saw it. I’m 90% sure this is photoshop, 9.99% that it’s prosthetic makeup and .01% convinced it’s the world’s weirdest DNA sequencing.

Also, why does he apparently have one giant nostril instead of two separate ones? That’s even stranger than the hair/freckles/eyes combo. It’s like one of those characters you can make in a video game that lets you design the lead into someone that should never actually exist on earth.
