The world of real estate is gonna get tougher and tougher the more we see these mortgage rates rise.  If you’re a residential real estate agent you’re gonna have to get creative out there.   Whether it’s a flashy business card or a colorful sign,  you’re gonna have to get recognized to make those sales.

Then again perhaps all you need is your God given name and people will remember you.

As it turns out, army recruits have gotten weaker as time wears on. It’s not a slight, but just a fact that as a rule, boys who enlist just aren’t as strong as they used to be, and the once-grueling fitness regimens they face are getting toned down for this new era.

A decade ago, the Army started to notice that new recruits were, in general, getting weaker — their endurance was down, so they were more prone to injury.

“America’s Army is very proud of the fact that we reflect our society,” says Maj. Gen. Richard Stone, the Army’s deputy surgeon general. ”But since we reflect our society, we also absorb society’s problems.”

The Army’s problem, Stone and others say, is that most current enlistees grew up on the couch, playing video games, rather than horsing around outside. And public schools have cut gym classes.

“You’d be surprised, the soldiers that we get today,” says Frank Palkoska, who directs the Army’s fitness school. “They can’t do simple motor function movements, like a shoulder roll, the ability to skip — so we’ve got to lay a base of foundational fitness, without injuring them.”

The details of the new fitness regimen are here if you’d like further review. Far more yoga than you’d expect, but I’m sure our soldiers can still kick anyone’s ass when they need to.

Should I just say “I give up” at this point?  I mean do we finally declare Brazil as the region that spits out the hottest women year after year?  It’s almost like Shalana Santana is just another drop in the bucket.  I don’t know what else to say.

I still have a soft spot for Italy but this is getting beyond ridiculous.  Shalana’s incredibly hot but it’s almost as if she’s average.  OK maybe not but you know what I mean.

The alternate title for this post was “living life completely wacked out on meth,” but I thought this variant would be more pleasing to most.

I mean, I’m all for playing in a rain, but a grown main, bathing in streetwater? That’s pushing it. It is pretty rock and role, as his hands indicate, but only if he’s a world famous musician, and judging by his distinct lack of hair, i would wager that he is not.

Eric Cartman was right, they are mobilizing! Soon they’ll be out in the sunlight, taking over our cities with their amazing ginger ninja powers.

Clearly this is leaked footage from some sort of ginger terrorist training camp, and many Bothans died to get it to us. Thankfully, their upper body strength appears to be lacking, so we can probably use that weakness to our advantage when the war comes.

So many of you are currently stuck in the blizzard that’s grounded planes all up and down the east coast, but I think many people don’t understand  how bad it is really.

This time lapse video shows the thirty inches of snow that came from the blizzard, and though I’m not sure where this was taken, similar events happened all up and down the coast.

It’s really cool to see this in action, and it makes me want to move to California really badly.

Prepare to see the most dangerous freeway video I’ve stumbled upon in a while. This family, seemingly not crazy rednecks as they have a decently nice car, decided to that when their tire blew out on their trailer, the best replacement would be a giant branch.

And no, I don’t mean they carved the wood into a wheel, rather they just stuck a giant branch on the axle, which could break at any given moment and send the thing careening wildly out of control. But Red Green would be proud I imagine.

It’s becoming a real battle in the NFL as to who the hottest cheerleading squads are these days.  However, you can’t ever deny that the Cowboys Cheerleaders are rich with tradition and will always be a crowd favorite.

And I can tell you that if I’m sitting around the fire watching an NFL game then I’m more than happy when these ladies greet me at half time.

When you think about it, there aren’t too many times in a man’s life that he has the opportunity to buy something he truly wants.  Many times he will buy something he truly needs but it doesn’t really mean he’s happy about it.

What I mean is, as children we get gifts and love these gifts.  For example I loved getting my Nintendo Entertainment System.  But what are my Nintendo’s today?  What do men usually purchase for themselves that are significant?

And I’m not going overboard here as in buying a summer home, a plane, or anything like that.  These are five realistic man purchases a guy should make in one’s life….
