The Saddest Place on Earth
My limited knowledge of asian languages is telling me this is Korean, and then judging by the fact that puppies and ice cream are both banned on one sign, I would guess that it’s North Korean. They hate happiness over there.
Does anyone actually speak Korean who can read this? Seems like an awful lot of text under a relatively simple picture. No delicious food or fun pets, I get it, you want us to be miserable.

It’s probably a sign from an entrance to a park. It says “for everyone’s convenience it is not allowed to bring in food or pets.”
