This is a photo of Marseilles, France.  It seems that at one point,  the city garbage men were on strike and this ended up being the result. Apparently, they were trying to force the President to raise the retirement age to 62.   Something tells me El Prez isn’t having a problem getting his garbage removed from his home.

However for the people of Marseilles, they had to live in a “garbage city” during the strike.  Pretty gross.
