There are political races all around the US and Canada right now that in no way interest me, but every so often, an ad comes along that makes me sit up and take notice.

This one is for (err, against) Sam Katz, the mayor of Winnipeg, and it derides him for his platform of….wait for it…

KICKING KIDS IN THE FACE!

How do you really come back from that? How could I ever vote for someone who is pro-kicking kids in the face? You can’t even have a chance in a debate.

“Well, I’m for lowering taxes and…”

“Excuse me, may I just point out that out of the two of us, you are the only one to have kicked a child in the face.”

“Sigh.”
