Seriously do we need another reason as to why pole vaulting rules other than this picture?  Not really.  For those of you crawling under a rock for the past 5 years this is none other than Allison Stokke and clearly the most famous shot of her.  Now she’s in college and isn’t quite as cute as this but come on.  Who cares?  She will forever be known because of this photo.

And let’s not downplay the important of the pole vaulting get up.  It’s perfect for fabric riding the crack and for gratuitous photography…which I’m clearly more than happy to share.
