Getting rejected to a college is one thing.  But what about when you’re actually in school?  I would think there aren’t too many more rejections out there but you’d be surprised.  College can be a mean and unruly place where denials take place all the time.

Overall I think you’re all going to be fine out there and those of you already in school I’m sure you’re having a 100% better time than the rest of us.

However there are some things that can damage your college experience.  Here are five worth noting…..

Not getting a bid to a fraternity

Now I know that fraternities are masculine homoerotic organizations but I must admit it was a great joy to be in one.  And let me tell you something.  If you get sucked into that world and you really want to join a certain fraternity and you get denied?  It can really mess with your world.  I had to let some guy down and the dude cried.  Yes, cried because we blackballed him.  Sucks.

Not getting into a bar

It’s one thing not getting into a bar when you’re in high school.  You can handle that and somehow someone always has liquor at a party.  But in college?  That’s gotta be the worst feeling ever.  Then again, same deal.  There’s always alcohol somewhere.  Still though, it sucks.

A Student Loan denial

Maybe I sound like an ass here but working in college is not fun, at all.  It’s not that I don’t value having a job, it’s just that I don’t think of employment as being part of the college experience.  So when student loans or money just isn’t there and you have to work?  You really miss out on what college should be: getting drunk, making friends, and getting laid.

No Dice on Spring Break

If there’s one time you should ALWAYS be hooking up with a chick it’s on Spring Break.  Can you imagine going an entire week on a trip that is designed for sex and not even touching a boob, just once?  I can’t.

Not Getting a Kick ass Class Schedule

By the time I was a senior I had no class before 11am and most days ended by 3.  It doesn’t get much better than that.  But how much does it suck to be a senior and HAVE to take a class at 8am?  That’s just unacceptable.
