I’m finally settling into my new home and I have to say that yes, it was extremely stressful but now I’m kind of happy.  I am a first time home owner so I guess this move should be one of if not my last move of my life.  But one thing I’ve noticed about moving is that people always seem to focus on the bad side of moving.

People hate dragging all their shit from one place to another.   People hate the organization.  The packing into boxes.  The setting up movers.  The whole deal.  Honestly it kind of sucks.

However, I have to admit that with all the bad there were some fun things about moving as well.  Here are 5 worth noting……

This is pretty badass.  I’d have to say it’s probably the best time lapse video you’ll see this week.   Guy walks all the way from New York to San Francisco.

There’s just everything to love about Crystal Enloe.  She works at Hooter’s.  Not sure if she still works there but she did.  She’s posed in Playboy.  Check.  She does tons of events and stuff.  Looks like she parties her ass off.   Definitely could have a career in Vegas if she wanted to.  Check.

She lives in North Carolina.  Not sure how that’s helpful but maybe it means she wouldn’t be bitchy?  It’s just good all around and I for one am very happy to see her here.

The Portfolio

Today is one of those days where I’m kind of going through the motions but I’ve stopped.  I’ve stopped to realize that there are some amazing things in this world, even this country that I must appreciate.  And when I came across photos of Horsetail falls I had to share them here.

Horsetail Falls is by far one of the most beautiful waterfalls in all of North America.  It’s located in Yosemite National Park in California. It’s a  seasonal waterfall that flows in the winter and in  early spring.  However, there are a few days every February where this fall is lit up by the setting sun and reflects a bright orange making it look like lava.

If you saw two girls flashing their boobs on the highway, what would be your first reaction? Stare straight ahead and call local authorities immediately? Or bust out your cell phone for some pictures?

Most people would choose the latter, as did Robert Lee Blevins, 33, when two girls did just that to him on the highway. But the problem? Both girls were fifteen. Something that’s often hard to tell when you’re speeding down the highway at 70 miles an hour.

No big deal right? Simple accident. WRONG.

Sheriff Cameron detained Blevins and the girls while calling for a backup deputy. Blevin’s cell phone was confiscated for evidence that contained a photo of the two juvenile girls exposing their breasts to him.

Based on the evidence, Blevins was charged with felony Possessing Photographs of Sexual Performance by a Child, and misdemeanor Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. He was transported to the Charlotte County Jail and posted $3,500 bond.

To be fair, the girls got arrested too, but the child pornography charges on that guy are WAY worse than anything  they got charged with. So lesson learned, look, but don’t record when boobs are pointed your direction.
