We all know that Venice Beach is a haven for weirdness.   But can someone tell me what the hell is going on there?  And at other beaches for that matter?  I mean you’ve got your every day beach goers who are there to get some sun, play in the water, and relax for a bit  But who are these wacko locals and where are they shopping?

I really don’t get it.  Seriously I don’t.  Then again, these are definitely the people you should consult with if Halloween is nearing.  Screw buying a costume.  Pay them like 10 bucks for some of their gear.

Can you imagine what this guy’s story must be?  I sure as hell can’t.  I’m guessing that 15 minutes with this guy would easily change your entire life.  I mean how the hell could it not?  I don’t think it’s possible.
