Hey since we won’t have a season we might as well talk about this stuff right????

In today’s NBA game there’s much more of a “unity” of NBA players.  No, I’m not saying that all NBA players are the same culturally and ethnically.   But what I’m saying is that the NBA is a different breed today.  The majority of players are sporting tattoos, and there’s this newer, more “hip” type of a culture.

I don’t really know how to explain it.  But even the goofy white guys aren’t that goofy or dorky anymore.  Maybe some Europeans but if you go back to the 80s and 90s there were some classic dorky white dudes in the league that just don’t exist today.  I guess today’s guys don’t have the same basketball goals of some of the older generations.  Who knows?

But if I could bring back some of these guys, here are 5 I would love to see in the league today…..

I tell ya there are times in my life when I see a photo like this and think to myself “what in God’s name am I doing writing this stuff all day?”  Why can’t I just pack my bags and get the hell out of this morbid, boring lifestyle.

Cars?  TV?  Come on!  We don’t need this stuff do we?  Eh, I’m pretty sure I’d go nuts after a week.  Doesn’t mean it isn’t breathtaking though. This particular picture is taken at Navagio Beach.

Navagio Beach or the Shipwreck, is an isolated sandy cove on Zakynthos island and one of the most famous beaches in Greece. It is notable because it is home to the wreck of the alleged smuggler ship Panagiotis; thus, it is often referred to as ‘Smugglers Cove’. (via)

What do you do when economic times are tough, and your hospital isn’t making the crazy amounts of money that it should? Well, rent it out for a big budget porn shoot of course, which was the logical conclusion one British hospital drew, a decision they’re now under fire for.

When I was director of Kensington and Chelsea Council, I discovered that one of our local hospitals was hiring out one of its closed – but fully-equipped – wards to a film company to use as a film set,” Ms Mordaunt said.

“To add insult to injury, the movie was a pornographic one.

“Although I cannot claim to have seen the final picture – as I understand, these things are no longer claimable on parliamentary expenses – it was a big-budget affair and generated substantial income for the hospital.”

“But apart from cheering up a few of the in-patients, it cannot be said to be contributing to the objectives of the primary care trust.”

Sadly, further research does not indicate which movie specifically was shot here, but that research did yield some results that made writing this longer take about four times long than I thought it would. What? I had to fact-check thoroughly didn’t I?

Every time I look at Flavia De Celis in print it makes me think “Cialis.”   I don’t know man.  Perhaps she should be the poster girl for this drug.  Then again if she were being advertised all over the place something tells me that erectile dysfunction wouldn’t be such a big problem in this country anymore.

Unfortunately there’s only like 5 pictures of this vixen online so I’m sharing them all with you.  Other than that I don’t have much information on her.  Sorry dudes (and potentially ladies).

Is it sad that I’m 100x more likely to donate to this homeless person who doesn’t even exist because he makes me laugh instead of creeps me out? Maybe, but I think that was the general idea when he was created in the first place.

I wonder if the real homeless guy is luring around the corner, ready to jump out when someone makes a move for Invisible Frank’s change cup.

Let’s hope he doesn’t reappear, because he’ll be stark naked except for flip flops a glove and a hat.

“I have a bad case of diarrhea.”

Apparently one so bad, you need to call an AMBULANCE for it.

I thought that this was just another ridiculous “learn English” video from Japan, but then I realized it’s part of that series where Japanese girls aerobics and recite absurd English phrases at the same time unison. Last time I saw these girls, they were teaching me how to survive a mugging by saying “Take anything you want.” Now they’re telling me to survive a bout of diarrhea by calling an ambulance. Sure, why not?

Once in while I’ll have a strong urge to post a bikini contest.  However, today I decided to look for a particularly good bikini contest.  One that has a rich tradition of little clothing and dudes chilling in the pool while drinking beer.  As it turns out there’s a little contest called the Silvercash Bikini Invitiational that’s been going on for years.

The contestants wear smaller than normal bikinis and at various points in the contest are encouraged to bend over and drink beer from a keg.  Does a better bikini contest exist?  I highly doubt it.  First prize is only 1500 bucks though.  That kind of blows.

Here are various pictures of the blessed event over the course of a few years.  I’ve yet to find a schedule and place for the 2010 event but when I do I’ll probably take the day off.
