I Wish I Cruised Around in One of These Custom Strollers

Published by Natty under Oddly Enough

Custom Strollers

If there’s one thing I really miss about being a kid it’s the opportunity to cruise around in a stroller.  I mean seriously.  How awesome is that?  Kids have more energy than anyone and yet they get to sit down and have someone push them all day?  If there’s one invention that needs to be made it’s clearly an adult stroller.

Sure they have wheelchairs but come on.  It’s not like humans that aren’t disabled are allowed to just stroll around in wheelchairs.  I would definitely pay over 1000 dollars for my own custom stroller.  I guess the problem would be finding someone to push the damned thing.

In any event, here are some cool strollers from the Custom Stroller parade that was held in Russia

Bringing an M4 Carbine to the Beach? It’s for the Sharks Obviously

Published by Johnny X under Oddly Enough

violence.jpg

Alright, I understand the point people are trying to make about “open carry” laws, that more visible guns means people are less likely to mess with each other at the risk of finding multiple bullet wounds in their chest, but things are getting a bit ridiculous.

“Just because somebody is carrying a gun doesn’t mean that they’re a criminal,” said Scott Brownlie, a 25-year-old firefighter who stood outside Peet’s Coffee & Tea with an unloaded Colt M-4 Carbine slung across his back. “If a lot of people were allowed to carry more … there would be a lot less crime.”

Suzanne Verge, president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, described Saturday’s event as a “public relations stunt.”

“People use the guns in a moment of passion, under the influence, when they’re angry,” said Verge, whose brother was fatally shot in 1978. “I don’t think it’s going to lessen the risk for children and families who go to the beach.”

Was there some sort of beachside mass shooting recently I don’t know about? And I hear sand is notoriously hard to clean out of an M4 carbine.

And really, he brought it unloaded? What’s the point carrying around a clearly unloaded gun? That effectively scares people who don’t know what an unloaded gun looks like, and emboldens criminals who actually do.

She’s Uncoachable: The Hottest Canadian/Chilean Woman Alive, Priscilla Caripan

Published by Natty under She's Uncoachable

Priscilla Caripan

According to Priscilla Caripan’s little profile on Model Mayhem this is what she has to say about herself…

I’m Chilean/ Canadian! Ive been modeling for almost 2 years now. I enjoy what i do, and love having fun with it.I love doing creative shoots, glamour, swimsuit, and beauty

Honestly have you ever even seen a Chilean and Canadian combo? This might be the first.  By the way there’s something very Shakira about this woman.  She’s only 5’4 and 105 lbs and I’ll bet she can shake those hips as well.

I enjoy Priscilla thoroughly.  Pics after the jump

The Ultimate Multitasker

Need to take a huge shit, but also get somewhere in a hurry? This guy did, which is why he made this contraption, which looks sort of like a riding mower meets a portapotty.

Thankfully, for all our eyes’ sake, he’s not actually using the thing. The most awkward part of this? You AND a friend can both employ its services at the same time.

Standing to wipe is not recommended

Bootleg Mario Says Drugs Send You to Hell

Published by Johnny X under Video

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8M8I2SYEiA

I’m not sure who Captain Lou Albana is, but someone at Nintendo probably sued him at one point due to his clear jacking of their beloved Mario in order to tell kids to stay off drugs.

He’s got the hat and the mustache, but his hair is about three levels grimier than Mario’s. I’m a little disconcerted at his “aimed at kids” tagline of “Drugs send you to hell before you die.” That seems just a touch intense for eight year olds.

Update: I am told Lou played Mario on the old TV show, but that doesn’t make his casting any less ridiculous. I think Ron Jeremy would make a more believable Mario. But he did died recently, so RIP Lou. You have successfully kept me off drugs.

PETA Sure Does Get its Messages Across

Published by Natty under Hot Chicks

PETA

I have never been a vegetarian nor will I ever become a vegetarian.  In fact I kind of have issues with people who refuse to eat meat yet eat chicken and fish.  I mean what the hell are those?  So I guess the most respect I have is for Vegans but my gut tells me all those people are complete wimps.  It’s just irritating.

We’re human.  We need to survive.  We are animals just like other animals so excuse me for eating another animal to survive.  Come on people!  So while I can’t stand PETA and their intolerance for meat, I can certainly respect their use of meat to display messages:  sexy naked female human meat that is.

It’s the best form of advertising and always will be.  Check out the fine ladies of PETA after the jump

*Some of these pictures are Semi NSFW but I guess it’s allowed because it’s against cruelty to animals (or so I keep telling myself that)

15 Pictures of Extreme Sports Photography

Published by Natty under Sports,Uncategorized

Extreme Sports

As many of you may already know I’m a huge fan of photography.  It’s one thing to simply take a picture for the sake of keeping a record.  It’s another to take picture taking very seriously paying attention to angles, color, and then using great technology to tweak the photo as necessary before and after the development stage.

Take this serious approach and apply it to “extreme” sports and you’re gonna find yourself with some excellent shots.  Hell I’d never try out these sports but that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy still shots of them.

Check out these 15 examples of extreme sports photography
