10 Interesting Stacked Book Portraits
Many artists are known for their creative eccentricities. They have a keen eye and a way of looking at things that separates them from the rest of us humans. And some artists can even separate themselves from other artists. That’s what Mike Stilkey does.
Mike always had a fondness for painting on old books that he even got published under the name ‘100 Portraits’. However later on, he had an innovative idea- to draw on book spines. Gradually he started drawing on a mass of stacked books.
And voila! You have the stacked book portraits you see before you. Pretty cool stuff….
