As a child it was definitely a fun day when you knew you’d be going to the playground.   But back when I was just a little wee kid it was the monkey bars and sandbox that really caught my attention.  Getting to dig and climb and stuff like that were my highlights of the day.

Today?   Today there are these elaborate designs and crazy obstacles kids have to go through in a given jungle gym.  And while it’s cool to have more stimuli for our youth, sometimes the designs can get a little out of hand.  Actually to the point of being more scary than cool.

This is kind of scary, but far too ironic not to post. Everyone knows that in Mexico kidnapping is as common as alcohol citations on a college campus, but it’s reaching ridiculous levels.

A government media tour to promote tourism in southwestern Mexico went awry when machete-wielding Indians briefly kidnapped 13 reporters on the trip, officials said Sunday. Fifteen people trying to film a beer commercial were also abducted.

They were trying to promote tourism in Mexico…AND THEY GOT KIDNAPPED. Come on! Mexico, we’re trying here, but you’re really not helping. And on top of that, the beer commercial people that showed up later is just icing on the cake.

Fortunately, everyone was released eventually, but the Indians say they’re keeping all their cameras.

Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you all to Nicolette Lacson.  She was born in Seattle, Washington but raised in Los Angeles.  Nicolette can best be described as a bikini designer first and model second.   At least that’s what she says.  I beg to differ.

Professionally, she has been modeling and acting since the age of 15.   It all began when she was asked to be featured in a teen magazine and from there it lead to joining pageants in which she placed 2nd runner up in the Miss Philippines USA pageant here in Los Angeles.

Now?  Now Nicolette is just hot and exotic looking while sprawled on cars.  Yay!  More of her after the jump

I’m not sure what’s the biggest thing in this picture. That chick’s boobs, that guy’s eyes or that creature’s mouth in the middle. Seriously, you could plug the oil leak with that thing.

This guy’s reaction might be unintentional or him just mugging for a prime photobomb opportunity. If it’s the latter, he certainly succeeded on that count.

I went into this post expecting to make an absurd amount of gay jokes about this fellow who has the unique talent of catching a laptop in his butt, but after watching the video, I have to say, I’m flat out impressed.

I thought a lot of this had to be trick photography, as I can imagine how this is A) possible on the throwing end and B) possible on the butt end (no pun intended).

Check out the video above and tell me you’re not more likely to applaud than call him a gay slur. Except for that hair.

In the long lasting battle that takes place in my head, I will forever be comparing the cheerleaders of our country to that of others.  And while I’d love to be a Patriot I’m afraid in these matters I cannot.  There’s just something much better about the cheerleaders of foreign lands.  Whether it’s Europe or South America, our girls just can’t compete.

Honestly I don’t think it’s their fault.  They’re 100% just as hot as some of these women but I just don’t think American standards are low enough.  The outfits from other countries are better and there’s just so much more of a “stripper” type vibe when these girls dance than when ours do.

I may be a dude like most other males out there.  I like my sports.  I enjoy a good schtooping once in a while and I like to eat steak.   But that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy the more sensitive things in life like a cute picture of a baby or a nice sunset. Hell I have no qualms about saying a certain male is handsome (yeah Taye Diggs I’m calling you out).

But in all seriousness it’s that one can appreciate anything appealing to the eye is the point I’m getting at.  And animals are certainly no exception.  One thing I love is a great animal picture.  When you can catch an animal doing something “human?”  It’s even better.
