Can you imagine how crappy Zoos must have been for animals back in the day?  And by “back in the day” I think anything before the 70s.  In today’s times most zoos are technologically up to speed and have solid facilities for the animals.

But I can’t imagine that in the 60′s these animals were all that happy.   I mean today they can go on Facebook, Twitter, chat with their buddies in other cages.  It’s a real treat.

An Australian woman named Tash Bennett was sunbathing when she saw a palm tree catch on fire near the pool. She immediately bolted up, raced to reception to call for help, then sprinted back and did battle with the fire for five minutes with a garden hose until it was out. The clincher? Boobies!

“It was only after the fire was out that she looked down and realised that she was topless.

“At one stage she had quite an audience, just having a laugh.”

One witness, Johnny McCoy, said Ms Bennett had a full audience of residents while she battled the blaze, which occurred last Thursday.

“For the record, she was smoking hot herself, but provided all the boys a pretty awesome sight,” he said.

“Once she had the blaze under control, she then got her bikini situation under control and put everything back where it should be.”

There are tales of heroism every day across the world, but very few that actually involve heroic boobs. I think I might need to move to Australia.

New Idea: Topless fire department. What? After reading this story, it’s a scientific fact that topless women are better at putting out fires than clothed ones. Don’t argue with science.

This picture here, while awesome, does no justice to how awesome Brittany Marie Guzik is.   Honestly it doesn’t get any more girl next door than Brittany.  Also, it doesn’t get anymore “so cute that she’s hot” than her.

Brittany has one of those amazingly young (well, she’s only 20) fresh faces but also a body that she’s not afraid to show.  She’s posed nude plenty and you can tell this girl has no shame.  And why should she?  She’s amazing.

An added bonus?  The girl is from South Carolina so if we’re talking Southern accent here we have a potential perfect girl.

There are many ways to insult a ref during the game, the most common of which simply involve screaming obscenities at  the top of your lungs. But sometimes there is a fan that goes above and beyond, and gets a bit creative with their hate.

A prime example of this is what you see above. Surely, they didn’t make that at the game, and were just assuming the refs would be poor for 2/3rds of the game. Probably a safe bet at most hockey games.

I was going to make fun of this video, which features a bunch of chubby middle aged guys trying to sell you a sword on an informercial by chopping things in half, but about three minutes in, I started have to have an opinion shift.

This is AWESOME.

I’m not sure why, but watching endless amounts of pig carcasses being cleaved in half is pretty riveting, and thought some demos are lame (really, your sword can pop a balloon?) I found myself wanting a two handed broadsword by the end.

But for now, I’ll just stick with my anti-burglar Hatori Hanzo from Kill Bill tucked under my bed. Not kidding.

How often do people actually visit college homepages?  I mean I go on college websites all the time and it’s evident that these sites get tons of traffic.  However I’m willing to bet that well over 50% of that traffic comes from its own students and faculties.

The point is this.  In terms of recruiting, what if there were a male and female filter?  What if whenever a perspective male student came onto the home page there was a different awesome hot chick in college gear there every time they visited?  And vice versa?  Wouldn’t that be a treat?

Eh, I know it will never happen but dare to dream kids, dare to dream.

Every single time I go home to visit my sister and brother-in-law I’m astounded by how mature my 10-year-old niece is.  It really makes me feel like one of those guys who always says stuff like “I never did that when I was your age.”  But it’s true.  I just can’t believe the stuff kids do today.  I can only imagine how my brother-in-law must feel.  Guy must want to kill himself every day.

I mean before we know it the girl is gonna be going on dates, playing spin the bottle and God knows what else.  It’s just a fact we all have to face.  Kids are growing up much faster these days and you can either roll with it or do the best you can to plot against it.

But honestly,  it ain’t gonna work.  In my eyes the best you can do is try to teach your kids some responsibility.  That’s why I think I’m gonna let my kids do these four things at ages where I really believe they probably shouldn’t be doing them….
