Evidence that Children Do Not Like Politicians
They make promises they can’t keep. They do dirty under the deal tables. They cheat on their spouses. They do whatever they have to do to get into the good graces of the public, no matter what the consequence. Yes, this is the world of politics. It’s a dirty world. A sordid underground of power, wealth, and opposing opinions.
It’s not about us. It’s about them and the influence they can exert. But as young people we are not taught this. We are taught that we’re in a democracy. That we actually can make a difference. I’m afraid that notion left me some time ago.
And I’m also afraid that even the youth of today are getting it. Hell even babies are freaked out by politicians. Check out the evidence after the jump
