I don’t know the context of this picture, as I usually don’t with these things, but if I had to guess, this was taken in a Chinese college classroom, where a man ran to the podium and started saying that the internet shouldn’t be censored. Naturally, the police were called, but animal control was just right around the corner, so they offered to help in service of the state.

You can’t get out of those stick hoops as easily as you think. Trust me, I know. It’s a long story, but needless to say I’m not allowed at the San Diego Zoo any more.
