There is protesting, and there is protesting, and I feel like if people around the world protested things the way that these Spanish flight attendants have, that no one would ever, ever get their demands met.

Flight attendants owed up to nine months’ wages by a grounded Spanish airline have posed nude for a calendar to draw attention to their plight, one of the cabin crew turned models said on Wednesday.

“We are just demanding our rights to receive what is ours, we each have eight or nine months of unpaid salaries,” attendant Adriana Ricardo, who appears in the calendar, told Reuters.

Why yes, I would agree that being owed nine months salary is a huge pile of suck for these women, but a nude calendar? What exactly do they think that’s going to accomplish. “Whoa whoa hot flight attendant ladies! Stop taking your close off, please, I’ll pay you anything you want!” I think they really need to rethink their negotiation tactics.

Let’s just hope the Spanish sewage workers union doesn’t get the same idea anytime soon.
