Most people here in the U.S. probably didn’t realize it back in January but it happened on the 16th.

This week a solar eclipse that reduced the sun to a blazing ring surrounding a sombre disk plunged millions of people in Africa and Asia into an eerie semi-darkness.

The spectacle, visible in a 185-mile band running 8,062 miles across the globe, set a record for the longest annular eclipse that will remain unbeaten for more than a thousand years.

Solar Eclipses are badass.  Plain and simple.  I mean I highly doubt any actual serious repercussions take place as a result but it’s pretty awesome to see total darkness during the day.  In the same token it must be weird as hell to be in Iceland during the time of year where it’s light outside until like 3am.

Lord knows I hate cigarettes but I would imagine this would be huge.  And in 1972 no less?  Asian people rule.

In fact, I’m not sure I’ve ever even posted Siobhan Parekh on this site.  It literally may have been in 2007 when this site didn’t even exist that I first stumbled across this Australian beauty.  And I must tell you readers that I am doing a disservice by not having posted her all this time.  I sincerely hope you’ll forgive me.

For those who’d like to know, Siobhan was the first Australian to become a playable online game character appearing as a super human martial artist.  So she’s got that going for her, which is nice.

She also has an obscenely good body going for her.

Let’s talk about a couple things shall we?  It’s not even the fact that a little Latin boy is wearing this shirt.  It’s who made the shirt and who gave this kid the shirt?

I mean I assume hot chicks with little boobs wear this stuff to amuse people but did someone just hand this kid this shirt and he thought it’d be funny?

As the number of “fighting” networks keeps increasing, so do the number of ring girls in our country.   And this is a great thing.   I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.   I think if we have Ring Girls in just about any industry our nation will be a better place.  I mean how awesome would it be if you were at a bar on round 6 of beer and a ring girl were out there to display that information?

This is why you gotta love the UFC‘s and WWE’s of the world.  They’ve really gotten it down to a science.  Ring Girls are becoming a cornerstone of fighting sports and I couldn’t be happier about it.

There are a number of things that can induce a person into make a ridiculous face.  Off the top of my head the most popular would have to be faces while having sex and faces while being extremely constipated.  Bottom line we’re talking times of extreme duress.   You know, like when you’re lifting weights or getting kicked in the nuts.

Another awesome avenue for making ridiculous faces?  Music.  I’ve never seen so much passion and better yet ridiculousness when I’ve seen a musician playing their respective instrument.  It’s especially noted in guitarists.
