Is This the Hip New Way to Promote Safe Sex?
I have no idea what kinds of parades we throw here in the U.S. for safe sex but clearly they must do things a bit differently in France.
And by differently I mean dressing up as a psycho nun or some kind of weird character that should have been in the movie The Neverending Story.
