Yes, there is actually a Draq Queen contest here in America.  In fact, it’s kind of a big deal.

The pageant, originally created as a fundraiser, is a spoof of the world-famous Miss America Pageant. The hilarious pageant will star Drag Queens strutting down the world’s most famous runway. Trump Entertainment Resorts, Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., and the Greater Atlantic City GLBT Alliance in association with the Schultz-Hill Foundation will present this year’s show.

So yes, back in January of this year a woman/man was crowned Miss’d America.  Isn’t that special?   I tell ya if there’s one thing that scares me more than clowns it’s gotta be a man in drag.
