I’d say this was John Daly if not for Daly dropping over 100 lbs recently.   I used to have a chemistry teacher that would go in this position when he was waiting on answer from the class.

I think it’s much funnier watching a fat dude do it and him knowing he’ll be made fun of for it.   Well here’s to making fun of this guy.  Hooray!
