You see this is why I thoroughly enjoyed going to Tulane University.   In New Orleans there’s a 90% chance that if you go to the french quarter on a weekend that you’ll see some chick in a costume.  You’ll also more than likely see the whole beads charade that you get to see during Mardi Gras.

So not only will you get hot costumes, you’ll get toplessness.  And this is why Halloween needs to be once a month, not once a year.  We need more forums for hot girls to have an excuse to wear costumes.  It’s really that simple.

You know what?  Here’s my solution.  I’m posting a hot chicks in costumes gallery at least once a month.
