I mean this is a very funny subject but at the same time I’m a little disappointed

A 20-year-old Riverview man slapped a police horse in Ybor City, police say.

Officers arrested Marcell Douglas following the incident early Sunday at Seventh Avenue and 15th Street.

An officer riding Chad, a police horse, was clearing streets of pedestrian traffic about 3 a.m. Sunday when Douglas slapped the horse on the right-rear flank, according to an arrest report.

Wait a second.  On the right-rear flank?  And it wasn’t even in the face.  “In Da Face!”  Would have been nice if the guy could the horse right in the kisser.

Essentially this guy is being fined $500 for touching a horse.  I mean at least throw in a beastiality charge or something.  Awful.
