I’m not 100% sure why someone did this but they decided to.  Actually it’s not as weird as one would think.  I actually had a harpist at my wedding who played “Where the Streets Have No Name” as me and my wife concluded the ceremony.  It was pretty badass.

Although I have to say Metallica on the harp sounds really weird.
