There’s a big difference between boy bands and girl bands.  And here it is.  Boy bands generally appeal to only the ladies (with the exception of the gay community).  Girl bands however, appeal to the masses.  Because while their music might suck, if they’re making provocative videos then you know there will be a male audience.

And no one does it better than the girl bands abroad.  These women know how to draw both the girls and the boys.  And for that I thank these women.  Thanks guys!

Seems to me that Canada definitely gets a bum rap.  And call me crazy but I feel like the creators of South Park are responsible for the tormenting it gets from our country for the last 12 or so years.

Personally I don’t remember Canada getting made fun of so often before the show came out.  Or maybe it was the Baldwin brothers.  I’m not 100% sure.  Bottom line, it’s still funny to make fun of our Northern neighbor.

The director of “Not Evil, Just Wrong,” a documentary challenging Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth,” dares to ask a question at the Society of Environmental Journalists annual conference. Apparently Mr. Gore only allows the ‘right kind’ of questions to be asked of him.

Just don’t mess with Al Gore about Polar Bears.

Jessica Alba decided to visit Washington D.C. and write a little blurb about it on Huffington Post.  Here’s a small excerpt

This past week, I visited Washington DC to walk the halls of Congress, the State Department, National Security Council and Office of Management and Budget. Not the usual destinations for someone who often plays dress up for a living, but I was there with 1GOAL: Education for All to pound the pavement and talk about education for the world’s poorest children (you can read all of it at Huffington Post)

I have to say that in addition to Jessica Alba being extremely attractive she seems like an awesome person.  The woman goes out of her way to help those in need and she doesn’t just sit on her ass partying all night long (ahem Lindsay Lohan and losers like Megan Fox).

Plus, if it weren’t for her good deeds I’d have never been able to title an article “Jessica Alba Holds Balls with Hillary Clinton).

Seriously though, good for you Jessica.

I don’t care what anyone says, it’s impossible not to laugh when you first hear the music when they walk in during the original Police Academy.

And this line?  “Nice uniform, makes me wish I’d worn my sailor outfit.”

Classic.
