Then and Now Photos of Some 80s Sex Symbols
How awesome were the 80s? Seriously guys. Blazers and jeans? Ridiculous amounts of cocaine. Shoulder pads. Great baseball cards. Lunch boxes. Light bright. Nintendo? I mean obviously the list can go on and on. One of my favorite parts of the 80s?
Definitely movies. Whenever I think back to my most coveted experiences back in that decade, movies are always something that comes to mind. And how awesome would it have been to be an 80s sex symbol?

It would have been nice if you had identified the lead-in picture. As it is, I am puzzled as to who this could be. Don’t recognize either the then or the now versionl.
Johnny Depp drinks the blood of the innocent. That’s the only explanation. Kathleen Turner just eats whole babies.
Maybe it’s just me, but in every case the celebrities look better in the “now” photos than in the old 80s pics. If the idea was to show the ravages of time, what becomes clear is that each person now looks more mature, composed and dignified.

Kathleen Turner has rheumatoid arthritis and is in constant pain. The steroids she must take have caused the weight gain. You can google it. Be kinder to people you don’t know.
Johnny Depp doesn’t belong on this list. If you asked someone in the 1980s who he was, they probably wouldn’t be able to tell you.
Kathleen Turner has been struggling with rheumathoid arthritis for quite sometime now and that is why she gained weight. People should be kinder to each other, and, I do definitely agree with you, Jane. The movie or television actors/actresses that had, unfortunately, abused alcohol or drugs were now showing some of the results of their hard living, but why mock them when they are still trying to work? Give a person a chance, if they weren’t still trying then they wouldn’t have been able to keep up with appearances now would they? Come on, remember “….there, but for the grace of God go I….”
Maybe it might help if some of the actors/actresses soften their looks by changing their hair color to light blonde/brown/or just/grey. The dark is too harsh against their face it doesn’t look natural for an older person. Hey, everyone is going to get older why not do it with style and finesse. If someone doesn’t like you the way you are then let that person go jump-in-the-lake, you don’t need him/her anyway in your life!
I, myself, don’t feel bad about getting older, but the business they are in is brutal! It treats animals better than human beings. I remember watching a show about Lauren Chapen who played Kitten on “Father Knows Best during the 1950′s”. My what a horrible life she had.
Well, just, please, show more kindness and I know your part of the business is difficult too, OK?
