Helene Rask is a Norwegian model from Nesodden. She was born in November 1980 and has worked as a model since she was 17.  She is known from magazines like FHM, Vi Menn, Henne, and Se&Hør og Her&Nå. and also known for participating in the Norwegian version of Fear Factor on TV3. She is also working in Gatebil Magazine, doing Q&As with readers + modeling.

So yeah, that just about kind of sums it up right?

At 14.0 million km² (5.4 million sq mi), it is the fifth-largest continent in area after Asia, Africa, North America, and South America. About 98% of Antarctica is covered by ice, which averages at least 1.6 kilometres (1.0 mi) in thickness.

Basically what this means is that I’ll never, ever visit Antarctica.  However, that doesn’t mean it isn’t an incredible place.  In fact, its climate is reason you can get so many amazing pictures of this place.

While most people will never physically see this place, it’s a wonder in pictures….

Well, Marisol Gonzalez did start off as a contestant in Miss World in 2003.  So she was kind of off to a hot start.  Then she turned her looks into an acting career in 2005.  Then?  Well then I think she started doing reporting or something.

All I know is that I saw a picture of her flirting with a Patriots player on the sidelines.  I also saw a microphone.  So does this qualify as sideline reporter?  You bet it does.

This is completely random and I don’t care.  Any of you folks who live in New York City might want to take note of this.  I’m not being paid to write this post.  I just have to mention it.

For the best, and I mean by far the best Veal Parmesan in New York City you have to go to the restaurant Tre Colori on 47th between Broadway and 8th.  It’s not even close.  There’s no restaurant that can compete with this veal.  It’s for lack of a better word, Uncoached.

P.S. All their food is amazing.  And for two people getting a glass of wine, apps, meal, and one dessert for around 80 bucks you just can’t beat that.

Just take it from my buddy Nick, he’s hooked.  Hey buddy!

I mean that’s just silly. Seriously.  I’m not a huge fan of the NHL but good God that was sick.  I have an idea.  And it’s a realistic idea.  There should be some kind of penalty shot show.  Or even a penalty shot halftime.

I think that would definitely draw some interest.  Seriously guys.  Because in all honesty if there were more scoring (and fighting) in hockey we might have a marketable product on our hands here.

If there’s one thing you should be careful of when writing articles like this, it’s the search terms you use when trying to find pictures.  I would recommend anyone use caution when searching the terms “sexy baseball bat,”  “girl holding baseball bats,”  “hot baseball bat girl” or anything related to that combination of words.

I, being my own boss, successfully searched these terms and was introduced to a world of wonder that I never dreamed possible.  But in the time spent (other than seeing what a bat was capable of aside from hitting a ball) I managed to find some sexy pictures of ladies and their bats.

Having been a pretty serious tennis player myself, I can appreciate the talent that it takes to be a professional tennis player.   I mean it’s one thing to be ranked high in the state.  It’s another to be ranked high in the world.  It’s like making the leap from college to the pros.  The skill level is so dramatically different that it’s just so obvious.

Put it this way.  Any old tennis player can hit a trick shot.  Any player can fiddle around in practice.  But to hit these shots in competition?  It’s truly magnificent.
