The only known way to make the EEO complaint better would be for the (normally) white cop to return from a vacation with the corn rows and a REALLY good tan! It was part of black culture for god knows how long. Just thought I'd say that. But anyway I'm from Philly and when I read this article it pissed me off. Especilly since I've seen. Number of black cops with braids. And this seemed to me like totall discrimination. Although it would be weird to see a white cop with braids. I'm black by the way.
