It's NOT way up my list. It's frankly a misogynistic, disgusting term that richly belongs to a bygone era - if that is really where it came from. Seeing that this term has some popularity, likely among the wannabe tough, milquetoast set, I wonder of if the old term for the bottom half of the underwear set will make a comeback, too: "gaunch".Always nice to see a woman wearing a "wife beater" and "gaunch". Perhaps, but personally I'd use better, more appropriate words. Really, what’s the attraction to the term ‘wife beater’? It’s NOT way up my list.
