It’s amazing what you’ll see here in New York City if you simply keep your eyes open.  The other night I attended a fine meal at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse here in Manhattan.

While the meal was quite savory and the conversation was humming,  the clear highlight of the evening was when me and my party discovered that Ben Franklin is in fact alive and well living in the city that never sleeps.  And he’s clearly thrice the age of the sexy little Asian number that he’s dating.  Good for him.

We did our best to figure out what these two could possibly have in common.   And while most of us at the table were at above average intelligence, the only theories we had were that the conversation must have centered around kites and Ben’s new affinity for Hello Kitty backpacks.

I’d like to thank my buddy Karl for managing to get a decently focused picture of the pair which as you can see symbolizes a couple that is truly going to make it in this world.

Also a nice shout out to the rest of my party which includes Dave, Conor, and of course the birthday boy Mr. Eds.
