10 Awesome Live Hit Song Performances by U2

I tell ya if there’s one thing I’d love to be in this world (other than writer for this website) it would be a rock star. Movie stars, I guess, sure. They have a sweet life but nothing’s like connecting with a crowd in a live setting. And of all the bands that really connect in concert, I think U2 is at the top if not the very top.
If any of you have been to a U2 concert I think you’ll know what I’m talking about here. You see these guys on stage and just wonder how the hell 4 guys can generate that much energy with 60-100 thousand people at one time. It’s really quite extraordinary.
And of all the stuff these guys perform, here are 10 great live song performances you gotta love
Where the Streets Have No Name at Slane Castle
“Bad” At Live Aid – 1985
Still Haven’t Found What I’ve Looking For – Milan
With or Without You in Boston
Pride (In the Name of Love) – Slane Castle
New Year’s Day – Chicago
Vertigo at Live 8
Sunday Bloody Sunday – Dublin
Running to Stand Still – From Rattle and Hum
Bullet the Blue Sky – Rattle and Hum
Even More Uncoachable Stuff

Awesome that you are doing a U2 list but how can Where the Streets Have No Names from the Super Bowl halftime show not be on the list along with a live version of Beautiful Day from the All that you can’t leave behind tour not be on the list??
