If I ever get to be a grandfather some day, this is the exact grandfather I want to be.

In the 1930s and 40s, the banks of the Matsukawa River in Ito City, Japan were lined with people washing their laundry in small tubs. But since 1955 the tubs have become boats, and each year the locals and visitors participate in one interesting competition.
More than 200 people are here to try their luck in the 54th annual tub boat race.

30 heats including women, men, children, and teams are racing down a 400 meter stretch of the river.

Half the fun depends on out-paddling fellow racers, and the other half requires keeping the tub afloat without falling out.

*I’m pretty sure I want to be best friends with Ichiro Sakamoto.

She’s 21.  She’s Australian.  She’s the winner of the Zoo Boob Awards for 2009.    Honestly, does Rachael Nieberding really need any more accolades than that?

I would cut off both my hands to spend an eternity with her.  Yes, I’d cut them off.  I wouldn’t care.  I really wouldn’t care about having hands to be with Neiberding.

I’m going to say Neiberding 600 times today.

I remember seeing this program on the discovery channel a few years ago that talked about this Ice Hotel in Sweden.   Personally I could never imagine staying there but it looked pretty damned cool if I do say so.  I mean other than the fact that everything, and I mean everything was made of ice, aesthetically it was magnificent.

Hell the place even had a bar.  And sure enough, the chairs were made of ice, the bottles, and even the glasses were made of ice.  But little did I know that there were other ice bars out there.

I have to admit that this commercial is pretty funny.  And no I will never use internet explorer.  But what’s even more amazing about this is the fact that Dean Cain is your host.

Yes, Dean Cain.  I mean this dude once played Superman and hosted Ripley’s Believe it or Not.  Looks like the man has aged pretty significantly.

I would love to party with this guy and pick up his scraps.

*By the way, when the guy says “really?” it’s pretty awesome.

I don’t know.  There’s something almost disappointing about seeing a female that is gorgeous in a photo gallery, then typing her name into Google, clicking on images, and then seeing her DP’d all over the place.  Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate that Tori Black is entertaining us in that way, but she could be so much more.

Couldn’t you easily see Ms. Black on a show like Gossip Girl or 90210?  And then all of us could only wish that she’d have a sex tape?  It’s just that Tori is so damned good looking.  She doesn’t need the biz.  P.S. She looks a ton like Leighton Meester.

Tori, if you’re out there, there are plenty of women for porn.  You’re special.  You don’t need it.
