Here is a typical quote you’ll see every year
Thrill-seekers sprinted through Pamplona in a swift and relatively clean start to the running of the bulls. No one was gored on Tuesday, but four people were hospitalized with bumps, bruises or scrapes, Spanish Red Cross spokesman Jose Aldaba said. “I feared for my life. It was pretty intense,” said 23-year-old runner Mark Kowalski of Edmonton, Alberta. (Sac Bee)
And yes, every single year someone gets injured. And yes, every single year thousands will head back to Pamplona to run with Bulls that have every intention of killing you.
Even I who considers myself a logical human being would like to partake in this event. Is it dumb? Absolutely. I guess if you’re not near the bulls it isn’t so bad but what’s the fun in that?
Take a look at these pictures to see if you’re up for it…..
