I must say that Slim Jims really aren’t all that good.  But I will say that of all sausage spicy types of foods, they do a decent job of marketing.  I mean it’s pretty evident they’re sticking to your brain when all you do is think of Randy Savage every time you see one of those in a store.

And now Slim Jim is using the WWE’s Edge to further the tough persona.  I think the recent commercials featuring the “spicy side” characters are decent, but let’s face it….nothing compared to the “Step into a Slim Jim!” campaigns with the Macho Man.

“You break my record.  Now I break you!”  Remember the humongous Asian dude that appeared in just about every single Jean Claude Van Damme movie in history?  He was the infamous Chong Li in Bloodsport and way before that played “Bolo” in Enter the Dragon.  Well the real man’s name is Bolo Yeung.

Amazingly enough the guy just turned 71 this month. Currently,  he still weight lifts about two hours each day, and he regularly practices tai chi chuan. He is the chairman of the Hong Kong Gym Business Association, and the team manager of the Taipei International Body Building squad.

But the real news is that my buddy saw him once at a club in Los Angeles and said that he was inappropriately hitting on young girls and was extremely scary looking in person.  So he’s got that going for him…which is nice.

Her success has made her one of the highest paid artists in the Serbian music industry. Ceca began her career as a folk and turbo folk singer but her style has evolved to resemble the Serbian modern folk-pop-dance music.

So in other words she’s 36 years old, sings folks songs and poses in Bulgarian FHM’s alot.  I’m pretty sure I’m in love with this woman already.  Nice find by you internet people.

What the hell is a Piff?  I assume it’s some kind of cracker slang for doobie or joint or marijuana device.  You know these crazy kids with their punk music and crazy shoes.

But who is this guy?  I feel like he’s a member of the bizarro Beastie Boys or House of Pain.  He’s like the guy that tried out and the real band members said “um, just go get us a beer and we’ll think about it.”

What a toolbox

Do all of us agree that the new Transformers is absolutely horrible? OK great. Now that we have the settled, I bring to you this odd, SNL-Like Taco Bell commercial. Is it a great commercial? It’s OK, not horrible.

But I’m pointing it out because I would have much preferred to see this here commercial played over 100 times than to have seen Transformers. I mean hey, at least this has some ridiculously hot chicks in it.

Sure there’s Megan Fox in the movie, but we actually have to hear her speak and God forbid attempt to act. Yet another reason why this commercial is a breath of fresh air compared to the movie.

So if you’re gonna go see Transformers at least you know the chances of seeing this commercial are pretty high. Yay!

I’m not quite sure how they get away with this but I think “Miss Polonia” is a fantastic idea.  I feel like it’s one of those things that just doesn’t make much sense.  Kind of like how Texas is the only state that raises their flag above the United States flag.  Well along those same lines is Miss Polonia.

It’s a series of beauty pageants held around the world determining who the hottest (or best or whatever) Polish girl is in a certain region.  So there are things like Miss Polina California, Miss Polonia Australia, etc etc.

Can we please do this for the following countries?  Miss Italia, Miss Great Britainia, and Miss Argentinia?  In the meantime here are some various Miss Polonia pics you might enjoy
