Whatever Happened to Chong Li from Bloodsport?

“You break my record. Now I break you!” Remember the humongous Asian dude that appeared in just about every single Jean Claude Van Damme movie in history? He was the infamous Chong Li in Bloodsport and way before that played “Bolo” in Enter the Dragon. Well the real man’s name is Bolo Yeung.
Amazingly enough the guy just turned 71 this month. Currently, he still weight lifts about two hours each day, and he regularly practices tai chi chuan. He is the chairman of the Hong Kong Gym Business Association, and the team manager of the Taipei International Body Building squad.
But the real news is that my buddy saw him once at a club in Los Angeles and said that he was inappropriately hitting on young girls and was extremely scary looking in person. So he’s got that going for him…which is nice.
“You, are next!”

Chong seems to be in great shape!! Kudos and strength to him.
Bolo has a school in California, I think LA. He spends quite a bit of ime in the U.S. One of the movie sites has an excellent bio with the name of his school and the disciplines he covers.
