Sometimes it’s not necessarily getting up the stairs.  Sometimes it’s how you get up the stairs.  Sure if you want to be one of those everyday upstairs walkers that’s fine.  Sure you can have a house where your guests have just an ordinary flight to the next floor.

However, if you really want to get creative, you can easily alter those steps for a more enriching user experience.  And if you’re really infatuated with stairs you can even go as far as to visit a site called “stair porn.”  Yes, stair porn.

THESE guys are considered part of the new wave of music?  Yes, THESE guys.  Just think about bands like Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones.   They were the hot bands of their time.  And what do we have in 2009?  The f*ckin Jonas Brothers.

Can you even imagine how much less cool The Jonas Brothers are than them?  I really can’t.  It’s pretty much impossible.  These guys are less than a step away from Hanson.

I can’t believe how sad this generation is.

“I had sex on a jet ski in broad daylight in the Bahamas.  I will never forget that day.”  That might be the best quote from an Uncoachable girl to date.  It comes from Amazin’ Amie, a hip hop model whom I shall now never forget.

And you wonder why she’s a hip hop model.  Girl 100% reminds me of Ice T’s wife.  I love the big booty white chicks who have the stacked top to back it all up.  Not to mention the attitude.

“I will never forget that day.”  Are you supposed to forget days where you’ve had sex on jet skis?  I would hope not.

Yes the true caption on Cam’s Myspace Profile says “Make em say ugh!”  Well I assume he meant make em say “yeah” or “whoa” or something resembling a word.

Because “ugh” actually aptly resembles exactly what I was thinking.  Ugh.  Ugh what a frigging douche.  Ugh what a moron.  Ugh I can’t believe that British Columbia is spitting out these people.

Wutang 4 Eva?  Yeah I’m sure Wutang wants you as a fan dude.

Is that a face for TV or what?

Uh, that would be me looking like a jackass in one of the panels on Saturday.  Not sure who got the “tongue out concentration mode” shot of me at this year’s event, but I’ll take any kind of publicity.

For those that don’t know, this past weekend was host to Blogs with Balls.  Essentially the first ever real deal conference involving sports and mens blogs.  We even got a mention on ESPN and some other major media outlets.  It was a huge success and I’m glad to have been a part of it.

I want to personally thank Don, Kyle, and Chris for organizing this thing and I’m looking forward to many more.

By the way, did anyone get with Sarah Spain?

As I got annoyed walking to Penn Station seeing all the folks gearing up for the Puerto Rican day parade a thought ran into my head (and the annoyance was at Penn Station not the Puerto Ricans).   Given all the other country parades that we have here in New York City, why aren’t there “American Day” parades in other countries?

Sure at the surface it seems easy.  America is a melting pot of sorts (although it’s really Manhattan) and it houses the people from other countries more so than they do us.  We simply don’t have much of a presence in other countries like other countries do here.

But I’d have to imagine there’s gotta be some country out there that has a nice little community of Americans.  Preferably rednecks.  Or even just a bunch of Guidos from Brooklyn.

See how that country feels when a bunch of huge sunglassed, collared up assholes are playing techno and bopping around like morons for 8 hours.

Fine, Puerto Rico, Poland, Ireland, etc etc.  Great.  You’re from there.  Do we really need to have a parade about it?

And this isn’t to be racist or anything like that.  I think parades celebrating a “people” from any country really don’t need to exist.  Holiday parades, fine.  I get that.  But why do we need an entire day to celebrate the fact that you’re Irish, Mexican, Chinese, whatever?

OK, St. Paddy’s day can stay though.  I love seeing drunk cops.  But still, that’s probably more of a holiday anyway.

*And yes I know Puerto Rico is an American territory but come on guys.  It’s not really American.

The one thing you have to appreciate about girls softball teams is that they really do act like a team.  It’s almost like a sorority.  They go on road trips together.  They pull pranks on each other.  They fart, yes fart in front of each other.  And most importantly, it seems that they drink together, a lot.

Funny because to my knowledge the ladies of Arizona have had an incredibly successful program over there and perhaps the secret is all this team unity.

Oh and by the way remember the name Adrienne Acton?  Like the hottest college softball player to ever live?  I have to my knowledge, 2 of the only personal photos around.  So I got that going for me, which is nice.

It’s an amazing moment in a concert.   Just when you think you’ve seen it all.  When the spit pours out of the singer’s mouth.  When the fire is lit on the guitar.  When the fireworks display.   When it’s all said and done the performance isn’t quite over.

The separation of band and crowd is no more in the ever loved moment of the “stage dive.”   For whatever reason the singer or other band member decide to hurl themselves into a crowd of drunken fans who are expected to catch them….or not.
