This is about the most racy photo I will ever show of someone under age.  And clearly this photo isn’t racy unless you’re one of those disturbingly creepy internet weirdos who gets off on this stuff.

So when I hear about the potential Miley Cyrus BJ photo (this is SFW) possibly lying around somewhere, my interest lies solely in the fact that it’s Billy Ray that’s gotta be pulling his hair out.

Sure an under age blow job photo of a young pop singer is news, but how do you think good old Mr. Achy Breaky Heart must be feeling about this?  You have to figure if a picture went public of his young princess doing this act then there are probably more.  And if there aren’t more then she’s probably blown plenty of guys.  It’s simple math.

It’s just all around horrible as a father.  Poor guy.  Well at least he has great hair.
